Hey Raul – Just a few spelling mistakes. Wouldn’t normally bring them up but you always ask 
In the first panel I think you mean “I’m looking for” and not “I’d looking for”. I’m not sure about the sentence structure itself, but I think it works.
Also, “getting them fight as a team” > “Getting them TO fight as a team”
8th panel – the double use of “it” isn’t needed. Either “Hard to explain it and you won’t understand”, or “Hard to explain, and you won’t understand it”
