I’m sorry guys for the delay. Lot of things to do around here.

About the mexican song that I translated maybe it doesn’t make sense for many of you. “Cielito lindo” or in this  case “Heavenly one” is a popular Ranchera (< — this is the genre or type of music) song from Mexico, written in 1882 by Quirino Mendoza y Cortés. It is roughly translated as “Lovely Sweet One”. Although the word “cielo” means sky or heaven, it is also a term of endearment comparable to sweetheart or honey. “Cielito” can thus be translated as “sweetie”; “lindo” means cute, lovely or pretty.

Well I hope you found this interesting. See ya!

After that much Tequila…They probably wouldn’t look half bad.

That could happen just if you join the party and get drunk. As you might know getting drunk makes other people be watched prettier.

I was thinking last time “Boy, that’s a LOT of tequila!” Nice to see it’s being put to good use. :D (Now that the mutants are all nice and friendly, maybe I can sneak over there and get a swallow or two for myself!)

Also, I’ve heard the song, and I had a little Spanish in High School… just enough to get the literal “cielito lindo” = “pretty little sky” – more or less. So, yes, very interestng.

Hahaha, agree. It seems like it’s easy to join that party.
Yeah, yo are right. That could be another translation. Pretty little sky. Nice!
